I'm logged into my account through the mobile browser, but when I try to log in to the app it loads but doesn't go, stays on the same page and doesn't log in. My cell phone is a Samsung galaxy a32 4g.

Poor customer service
Shopify as a app is working good. The tax calculation for restaurant tax is incorrect. I have contacted customer service many times being told someone will contact me back and no one ever does. Now we are being charged a extra .35 per transaction after a year of service. Also data does not transfer to Quickbooks as promised. Also the tax reporting area is very glitchy.

Collab Applicants
Collab applications can't be viewed via the app. Clicking on an applicants name simply displays all current applications and declines.

I wanted to try to make a shop but I couldn't, I deactivated the shop but in the end you took the money without using it even for a second For your help make first create everything and finally ask for the money otherwise people don't believe you I'm sorry but the review will be negative

SHOPIFY and SHOP both suck. SHOPIFY and SHOP both direct customers to scam/ fraudulent stores and sites. SHOPIFY and SHOP will refuse to assist customers when orders do not show up.

This app is terrifying from last 4 months I am not been able to open shopify on my mobile or my laptop. All it shows is white screen and when I tried to reach contact support they are saying to buy a new device.. I have a macbook and samsung s24 so what shoud I buy to run a shopify store
