I've been using Shopkick for years and the app used to be good. I don't really like it any longer. Your location has to be on in order to use the app, even when you're not in a store. On top of that, unfortunately, now it wants your social security number in order to cash out (and they will report what you earn as taxable income).

App constantly has issues scanning products. It says you can link your accounts and emails for e-receipts, but that never works either.

Warning ⚠️ Won’t let me delete my account!
Trying to delete my account: delete button won't go through just gets hung up frozen! Removed privileges from Facebook then had to Re-allow them to do deletion. I hit delete button over & over it still won't let me delete! holding me hostage delete my account! 🤬

I did not find this app useful to me, so I giving it a poor rating from my experience going to Walmart, and what it wanted me to purchase from it.

Look elsewhere
I've been using shopkicks for 6 plus years and now they deleted the app because they say I have two accounts and I only have one. There are plenty other more honest apps to choose from.

For the past week, every time I try to redeem kicks for a gift card. It keeps telling me an error has occurred. Very annoying.

The thing is it doesn't let you log out unless you update! Or delete other apps. Come on! I got an rude employee who was sassy over the email services, I requested them to not false advertised, for every ticket I get additional 100 kicks then the rude employee was like ok here's 50 kicks. So disrespectful. Super rude employees. Love walmart, target e gift card. Needs more items for dollar tree, Cvs, some items have no scans
