Almost five stars
I order magnet prints of my artwork from Shutterfly and they're beautiful. The only reason I took a star away is because the app is a bit clunky- after adding each photo magnet to the cart, you have to go back to the beginning and start again, typing “magnet” into the search bar and uploading a photo, changing the size, etc. Just seems like it could be far more intuitive and streamlined. Designing photo books is equally clumsy. But the results are always great, so I continue using it.

Shipping
Sadly, despite what sound like great deals, such as $10 photobooks, you always find a way to make your money back. I bought 3 photobooks, and yet still paid over $50 for the items. I wish I understood your shipping policy. The price of shipping goes up by at least $5 per item. I don't understand this. Is there a reason you can't ship 3 books in 1 package to not only save your customer some money, but save on environmental waste?

Crashes constantly now
I have been a long time user of the app, 10+ years and I've always loved it for keeping all my pictures as well as ordering many great gifts. Now the app just crashes every 30 seconds or so and things don't load. It's pretty miserable to use. Used to love it, now not so much.
