New account not had one prior or any with my bank name on it. But I haven't gotten my free vets why's this? And now I've placed a bet it won't even consider me new I bet so missed out on £20 free bets…?

Absolute joke of an app. Certain bets constantly suspended and information eg shots on target staying at 0 even though there's been multiple. Takes too long to update meaning you could miss out on cash out

Review
Have used for years, then suddenly blocked me from my account, no explanation at all. I was in Super6 leagues that I then lost, had money in my account and never an explanation as to why they suspended me. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Steer clear.

Too Long Updating VAR odds.
Today Real v BM decision was made after one minute yet the odds were suspended for over three minutes. So pitch view showed Real had equalised for over three minutes. Therefore it leaves the punter with no idea if Real have equalised for a second time. Of course this delay is advantagious to sky bet. Just another problem with VAR. Luckily Real still went on to score legitimately twice more. So on this point the app only gets 2 stars from me.
