I will no longer be a customer here, Instead them taking the correct amount out for a transaction they will post the transaction as a Negative balance in your account which is incorrect..... Once this is sorted out will close my account because they are making it seem like your account is in the negative when it isn't. No longer will be using south state

The deposits option sometimes takes too long And the cash transfer of $2,000 is inadequate Several times when trying to send $ to my daughter, it is refused. I understand security issues but how many times do I need to tell you this is my daughter? I just use Venmo

App crashes when trying to access debit card options. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and keep getting the same error

Debit card control issue, Everytime I go to this option the app kicks me out. I have to uninstall the app, then install it back just to get to debit card control to lock/unlock my card which is frustrating. Please fix this

Activated debit card controls. Now my cards turned off and the app keeps crashing when I try to unlock it, saying I need to update it. No new update available Very inconvenient.

This is the WORST app I've ever used. I keep my card off unless I'm using it so I don't get any unknown charges and every single time I log in to turn my card on or off, the app bugs out and closes so then I have to DELETE the app and reinstall it EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THE FREAKING APP. I'm switching banks ALL BECAUSE OF THIS STUPID APP!!!
