Can access my travel credit
Why can the app keep my flight credit for future use? Kind of a pain to have to look up my past credit confirmation number to use it. It seems like Southwest wants to make it hard to redeem and make us forget about it and not use it. Giving Southwest free money.

This app can’t (or won’t) do that
Think of the simple things that an airline's app should do: - show me a list of my upcoming flights - this app can't do that - show me the status of a flight based on flight number - this app can't do that - show me a boarding pass - this app can't do that - notify me if my flight is delayed - this app can't do that The only reason to download this app is if you really like looking at ads

What you pay is not what you get.
Pay extra for early bird check in to hopefully receive boarding group A is ridiculous. Paid $30 and now they want $30 more. And they talk about how great they are about providing upgrades.
