Horrible service open account and put on the 24-hour hold right off the bat after two purchases made on hold for over half an hour customer service just to find that out I got to wait 24 hours for a brand new account that was just made is ridiculous shouldn't take 24 hours to find out for an account that was just made do not use service

App is completely broken. It wont connect because it says my phone is rooted when its not. Have taken my phone to tech support and they tried everything. Still wont work.

Same Day/Instant deposit settings worked perfectly now. Suddenly, the option quit without any fixes...Instead I no longer receive payments after Wednesday until it deposit the following Monday...why? What changed? No answers yet. Sign up for a square card you get your deposit instantly like you have been for 2+ years without a Square Card ... WHAT GIVES??? Frustrating disappointing who waits 5 days to get $ Getting same day pay like the settings says isn't a option anyway Do better square plz

Perfect tool for small business but
Transaction fees are acceptable which was a big holdout to us accepting credit cards in the first place. Funds are available within 24 hours which, again, is more than acceptable especially considering if you need them instantly you can pay a nominal fee for it. My issue is if we're using the app for iPhone or iPad you are absolutely required to provide microphone access or you cannot use the app at all. The disclaimer is square needs access to it when connecting to the headphone jack. No modern Apple device has a headphone jack… seems pretty stupid and breach of privacy to force us to provide microphone access with a fake disclaimer…

Horrible. I took payment from customers on Friday and Saturday, Square was supposed to transfer the money within 24-48 hours. It's been 7 days and my account is "under review". If they don't transfer my money by THIS Friday I can't restock and Square will have single handedly killed my first start up. Horrible experience!

Wont allow to signup. No option to fix ein# or information. Past 3 tries (thier mistakes) i get locked out. The help chat guy told me to fix it on my end. (As if i have that power) congrats u lost a customer. Signed up with woodforest patlyment program today. Also we have [address]business accounts. Might close those too. NO I WONT EMAIL SUPORT AGAIN, YOU DO THE WORK, LOOKUP MY EMAIL AND FIX IT. IM DONE. 4 HOURS WAS ENOUGH AGGRAVATION. NO THANKS. MY COMPANY IS TOTALLY LEGIT. EIN, SCC
