My booking calendar is defaulted to July 2022. When trying to book, I get errors about the dates. It's been a hassle.

Inconsistent
App works on iPhone, but not on my iPad, i get an error message that the server isn't responding when trying to log in on my iPad, and my iPad is what i had planned to primarily use the app on - but I can't get past the login page.

I have 2 square accounts and on BOTH I was unable to “verify my identity” in order to take card payments. It makes you enter all of your personal info, which I did MULTIPLE times on both of my square accounts. Every time it tells me it's unable to verify my identity (and yes I triple checked all my info every time I entered it) I called square to see how to fix it and the guy that helped me said, try again tomorrow or make a new account. When I explained to him that I already have 2 accounts BECAUSE OF THIS REASON and it continues to deny me and he said well we can just deactivate your account and you can restart. Really frustrating that they don't have something that can trouble shoot this because I have all of May and June full of clients and it would be extremely hard and time consuming to completely re start and move everyone over. I've had so many issues with square from the moment I started using it. Me and other people I know had to watch youtube tutorials to figure out how to use it because it is just simply not user friendly.

Change the notes section back to how it was. It is such a small screen and starts at the bottom of the notes not at the last note added! Use the whole phone screen!

I've been using square for 8 years without any major issues. But now that $300 disappeared from my account, they can't see and don't wanna help. I'm incredibly upset. This isn't how you manage long term customers. Dropped 4 stars. Unbelievable.

Been using it for 5 plus years
Super super friendly and makes doing business very easy. Just disappointed that a lot of the features that were free for individual use all get charged separately now which drove the cost up drastically but still like the app.

Got the job done
I never made a website before and this was my first time. It was a little difficult to navigate, but I didn't give up and eventually figured it out. Also it doesn't have the option to let your guests leave you a review that I could find.

Wishing ratings and reviews were included without upgrading.
I wish my clients could at least write a review about their service after they check out Or had the option. But you need to pay to upgrade for that. It would greatly help.
