App gets worse every update they make, the map takes ages to load aswell as the locations of buses, used to be instant but now some buses don't even show, often crashes when you try to view your tickets and have to come out the app and go back in which is annoying especially when getting on the bus, other than that it's good when it works but every update it just gets worse, ever heard of it it's not broke don't fix it Devs? Fix the slow map issues please then I might give you 4 stars

terrible timekeeping and then cancelling buses because they end up so close, this is OK if the bus isn't already busy and end up like sardines.

Use Google maps. Genuinely useless and will make you more likely to miss your bus than not. Live map doesn't work, sometimes you see the buses, sometimes not, sometimes there accurate and sometimes not. Arrival and departure times are also random, I've had buses 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after the apparently live updated expected time. I've missed many buses thanks to trusting this app, and find it more reliable to just turn up at timetabled time and assume it will be 10 minutes late.

Rubbish app, glitches out saying there's nothing due quite often, had a fair few occasions where it's said that the bus is in X location when it's not actually where it says it is, tracking seems to be broken either with the app or bus.

I begrudge giving this as much as 1 star! Stagecoach times at the bus stop say one thing, but bus i need to catch is hardly ever on time or doesnt turn up at all. Whenever i tried to find out on this APP where bus is it always says NO INFORMATION or CANNOT FIND BUS!!! So ive tried to find out ON THIS APP how to contact stagecoach call them and ask WHY bus service doesnt work as they say it does, and WHY this WASTE OF TIME APP is NO HELP AT ALL!!!!! Just a thought before i uninstall it

Student rider is to expansive it cost over 100. They should lower the price of student rider bus pass. It should be cheaper for student because every student parents dont have enough money money for over 100 price. The price should be under 100. Stagecoach app CEO pls lower the price of student rider bus pass.
