Worst customer service provided by their agents comparable to nationalised banks. They dont reply to emails even from the app leave alone other direct emails. Excuses are galore from their agents and its always the customer's fault despite proof to the contrary. Their systems are faulty and promised benefits, offers, cashback, etc are almost always never provided without repeated reminders to even the Principal Nodal Officer. All agents are irresponsible, lazy and inefficient but highly arrogant

I call on customer call and ask them for transfer call to senior person (escalation) they continuosly refuse for transfer and end call by there end that's real bad kind experience by such a bank 😔

I did disable my card transactions through mobile app for security reasons. Now when I want to use it and activating card through all, it's not getting activated. I tried multiple times but it is being disabled automatically. What's wrong ?

very poor service. The bank has delivered my card on another address successfully. Also the online support staff is not supportive they don't have any idea about how this card delivered to the wrong address.

The WORST Bank I have ever witnessed. While opening the account they will promise a lot of things but don't even fulfill one thing. The services they say are also not given properly. AVOID USING THE BANK .
