Good app, but…it crashes
The app is user friendly mostly user friendly, however, thanks to all the recent updates, EVERY time I login, I'm kicked out. EVERY. TIME! Please fix this!

Seeking sugarless matcha powder
I was very disappointed to learn the matcha powder in the US is different than other countries, in where sugar is not added to the powder. I had ordered the drink under the assumption there was no added sugar and was deceived in thinking that's what I got. It is important that I lead a lifestyle free of added sugar, and because I don't drink coffee, I love matcha as an option. Please consider changing the matcha powder recipe it to be like your coffee, if we want sugar, we can add it, but it's not force fed to us. Thank you

Horrible service. No place to sit down. They said that they removed chair for security reasons. What's the pleasure of drinking a coffee while working with your laptop. Why should I Buy your coffee just to be kicked out outside in the rain. A coffee place is a place where you feel safe enjoying comfort. I am done with Starbucks until they let people sit somewhere.

Your app's inability to find your own stores is infuriating. I'm standing in a brick-and-mortar store and your app cannot "find" it. Even if I've ordered from the store before, it does not come up under previous. So what's the point?!
