Scammers beware !!!!!
Don't buy anything from them. I purchased tickets on Jan 24 and I didn't get the tickets until May 8th. I was told by customer agents that I would get refund until May 7th as they couldn't find my tickets. I canceled all my travel plans and after cancellation I received an email just before the hours of concert. Complete garbage customer team. They scam your money

THIEVES simply put. Canceled show in 2020, I still haven't received my refund four years later. StubHub has me running an endless loop to remove and add different payment accounts, but nothing changes.

I purchased a PARKING PASS to the Dodgers game for $29.00. They charged me almost $15 for a transaction fee!!! $44 for Parking!!! Highway robbery and capitalistic greed at it's best. 😡😡😡😡

Can't access tickets. It says I need to Update,and when I click Update,it goes back to Open. When I click Open, it goes back to Update. ReEndlessly let. cycle.

Often crashes when tickets are opened. Won't let you take a screen grab of tickets either, so can be very inconvenient if venue has bad wifi/reception due to crowd

This experience has been a complete nightmare! when you purchase from Ticketmaster you don't have to wait and hope your tickets are delivered on time. Tickets finally came after I was told they would transfer via TM, and now I'm installing another random app to claim my tickets. All the bs you go through to get a price to see if you even want those seats. My tickets don't show up under my account, they only show up with access code. This was the only date not sold on TM. -insert eye roll here-
