Not sure why app would say order is ready when it hasn't even been started being made by restaurant..?? Bit pointless to order ahead and then have to wait half an hour

Very irritated with app today. Have tried for the last hour to order and keeps telling me payment failed no matter what card I use and how many times have restarted app even Uninstalled and reinstalled,also tried going to website says same thing.

Terrible horrible app, requires sign in twice on android and as of today has stopped loading my rewards and points. It's slow too and laggy.

Used to be my go to way to order. Now it says product unavailable for every single item I try to order. Same way with the website. Extremely annoyed!! Your bug fixes just created them instead.

I just updated the app and now all of the rewards are gone to I should have redeemed them for free food and now the app is trying to sell and peddle apparel after not giving point and my purchase today didn't add . Loyalty lost

Payment method doesn't work with anything I've tried besides gift cards. Really annoyed by having to buy gift cards every time I run out of money on it just to get a damn sandwich
