Every time I make a deposit, my balance decreases

The app and website disappoint. Outdated and broken features. External transfers are impossible. Difficult to set up, then canceled by suncoast for “suspicious activity”, for a small transfer to my own verified bank account. Took multiple calls to a confused staff to have access to my account restored. Now the transfer page either generates an error or doesn't load at all. I guess you're now allowed to move your money when you deal with suncoast?

Doesn’t work when using data
I've had this app for over 4 years and last 2 years whenever I try to login when I'm using data, it says “unexpected error.” All of my other apps work fine it's really just this one.

Mediocre application. Terrible credit union! I have lived overseas for 7 years and Suncoast can't figure out how to add international phone numbers to its customer profile! My credit line was blocked because I tried to purchase a plane ticket in Thailand and Visa locked the account. The application phone numbers are non-working. My $20,000 credit line went to zero! I can't use an ATM, rent a hotel room or car or buy a plane ticket back to the USA! Find better service elsewhere!!!

I haven't had any problems in the past with this app, but recently when I make a dispute and go to add any documents for proof, it won't allow me to upload a photo. I have updated the app recently and it is still not allowing me to upload any documents. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Not great
Very basic looking app. I love Suncoast but this app looks like a kid made it. Not as user friendly as other bank apps. It gets the job done but I wish it was better.

Um, Sunmobile is not loading all I see is a spinning wheel. Sunmobile is constantly crashing. Perhaps it's time for an upgrade.

This app is decent overall and mostly reliable, but the online check deposit is absolutely excruciating to use. 50 attempts and still not accepted by the app. The designer obviously doesn't realize that perfect lighting isn't possible when taking a picture of a piece of paper with a phone camera.
