It works well about 50% of the time and the rest of the time it seems to have an error at checkout. It sometimes fixes itself by uninstalling and reinstalling, but not always. You would think the money changing portion would be the one area that was built well, but nope! If they ever fix this app to be reliable it would be great, but I'll update my score when they do.

This is an edit to my last 1 star review,yep this is the second 1 star review for the same app. If you are going to use this app, PICK YOUR FOOD UP! No delivery. I lost nearly 30 dollars after my food was never delivered. I l spent the next almost TWO weeks trying to get a refund. Store couldn't help,Uber eats said It wasn't their problem and the customer service number? Dead. I called every other day just to speak and waited 10 mins just for no one to answer.trash(oh yeah...never got my money)

This app never works. Whenever I place an order an error occurs and it charges me without placing the order.

Terrible. Worst app of any ordering service. As someone who travels a lot, this app is horrendous. I cannot tell you the number of times I have ordered food to locations in different states because this app does not check locations before placing the order. Any other app asks you to confirm your location if you are too far away. Absolutely ridiculous that this simple addition has not happened.

What happened. I recently started eating at taco bell again and the app two years ago was great it never had an error. Now, I only get errors and I'm guessing it's because they redesigned the entire app.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU INSTALL, THESE ISSUES ARE COMMON. It looks decent on the surface and the online exclusives are nice, but it is ultimately shovelware that is capable of rejecting orders and charging your card at the same time, without any kind of error code given to describe the issues. If you play with fire and order through the app, do NOT retry ordering when it rejects you. Customer support has been unresponsive and extremely unhelpful, which is a double whammy of frustration.

App glitches and does not allow you to add or delete items correctly. Biggest issue of all is when you pay it will charge you, buffer, then come up with a message "uh-oh something went wrong, we are working on it". After waiting the buffer icon disappears but you're still at the checkout page. Went to the taco bell and they confirmed that no order was received. Had to reorder and wait in person. Now need to go thru the hassle of requesting a stop payment on the order from the app. Horrible.

I go through all the work of getting everyones orders and then I can't select how to pickup my items. Ridiculous.
