Poorly written app. Until a month ago, I successfully paid my lease, but I can no longer. When you start the application, you start by offering something called "neon" and I can no longer reach my credit to pay for it. You're idiots full. Your app is idiotic and you too. I'll never buy anything again through vAS.

Promoting that you can pay your monthly payments for your credit through the application and keep track of the payments. After that telling you that it's mandatory to open "neon" bank account to even log into the application. Completely false advertising and trying to pressure you to use more of their products, as if you don't use enough of their services you don't matter. For 6 months I was able to reject the pop-up for "neon" and now they are saying it was always mandatory.

Very badly ... Feedback through chat service is terribly slow, inadequate (a specific question is answered ambiguously or with a question). Refreshments are not adequate and happen once a month. As well as the inability to trace the amount of instalment from the purchase to its full repayment.

Double billing
1st purchase with this company through Skroutz and in the 3rd installment they charged me 2 times for no reason (invalid card, insufficient balance, etc.) After seeing it I contacted them and now I am waiting for the amount to be refunded. Who knows what would happen if I didn't deal with their mistakes. far..
