They don't work, they make misleading ads. They say that you have free cancellation and that you can pay at the location and it's a lie, they charge you when you make the reservation and they don't refund your money. And the treatment of the staff is terrible. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

Death in the family
Priceline would not give me a flight switch for my wife without a death certificate, therefore I bought her a separate ticket. Since she didn't check in with me on the first flight Priceline forfeited the entire trip and I had to buy all new tickets. Be careful before you purchase they really don't care about any special circumstances, and would not help in anyway.

They go for the second time that I buy a ticket there and if I don't want to change they jump me with that it can't be done
They are scam thieves and since I am calling days in advance they tell me that I have to pay more money to change the air ticket thieves

Overbooked
Overbooked rooms at a hotel and did not provide a relocation room. They also weren't able to provide a refund fast enough to find a room. Not happy with Priceline, bad service. Waited on the phone for an hour and a half for nothing to get done.

Priceline rip off
Don't use Priceline they charged me for a room I couldn't get because I didn't have the deposit and I called to make sure I didn't need one but I got there and he said I did. It was a lot of trouble to get a refund and then they turned around the same day an hour later and charged me again.

Different prices
I just rented a car from fox in Cancun and last November in Brazil and both times the prices were not that same. This time it went from 4 dollars tooo $43 a day. It was just such a hassle at the rental to get the car. They came down right before I left to 17 but I spent over three hours back and forth…and I wouldn't rent from fox or through Priceline for vehicles at least.
