Phone being reporting app as crashing for some weeks now. Today the app asked to confirm details and it fails after entering security number. I have tried to reinstall but it fails at same point. Interestingly if I go back a page I can see for a brief moment a page asking me to enter a pin which hasn't been sent to me (I didn't receive it)

As others have said, app disables biometric log in. Probs for security number then password, tells you it's wrong! Ends up locking password forcing you to reset. Also I tried to apply for credit card but it populates address. It then says the format is wrong (special character) but doesn't allow you to change this field! Have changed address in online banking but this doesn't seem to fix it

It is very disappointing its gone from bad to worse it asking for finger print and then it asking me for pin and then password before then it asking for finger print and then went straight to account

App is very slow to load, when it does, clicking on statements takes ages to open. Used to be alot faster, paying outstanding balance via bank transfer option does not work, or when it does, it takes more than 24 hours to show. It needs looking at and fixing.

just lately it has been extremely hard to log in I have checked up date, OK I have checked phone that's OK will have to use the website not good

Update needs issue sorting
App was working fine, but alerts something reset and you no longer get the limit reached alert. Also the latest update now stops statements from printing or even been able to save them. Will have to request paper statement if not sorted soon!
