Amateur in features
Points don't post. The pick me up shuttle is a gimmick. Driver drove past me. Old reservation still showing on home screen off app. Bonus points don't post.

Prepay does not work
I used the app to prepay for parking. When I went to scan at the exit, it just gave me an error and a “go back” button. Neither the app nor the kiosk has any way to call for help or get more information, and the exit is unstaffed, so you have to yell to get an employee from somewhere else to come check you out. Overall it was a significantly worse experience than not having an app at all - I wish I had just paid by credit card like a normal parking lot.

The app is clunky. Just entering a credit card gives unexplained errors. The exp date is not supposed to be in a date format, but you have to find that out by trial and error.

Refuses to let me put in my name. It says " this field is incorrect" so I cannot make the reservation.

Not too good. The Park N Fly app was much better. I am unable to use PayPal and I am limited to using my AMEX card on the app for reservations. The app won't accept anything else as it errors out.

Great, when it works correctly. Kept getting errors when trying to update information on credit card and reservations.

Messy and unreliable
There's nothing annoying then when an app doesn't keep the user signed in, even though the user has pre-selected to stay signed in and use Face ID. It's almost as annoying, it when it doesn't even save the password for facial recognition. This app is such a pain in my butt. And why when I add my parking reservation to Apple wallet, does it disappear when I return to take my car from the parking lot?

Deceptive billing
Beware at the point of final checkout, as the billed amount may not be what is shown on the app. They don't have phone customer service and ignore emails. The app sends annoying promo notifications, or clear if they can be silenced separately

Can’t add vehicle to my account
App requires that I select a state, but that field is greyed out and won't allow me to select my state. Also, what year are you asking for? Vehicle or plate expiration? What happens if I park with my reservation but haven't been able to add a vehicle to my account?
