When reporting what the actual problem is with the car, you have very limited options. I was 95% certain that an injector had failed but had to select "something else". A text field to describe the problem would help here.

When I login to my account I am unable to access any of the apps features. A message appears informing me how I can get breakdown cover is displayed. I have phoned the AA numerous times. Complete wasted of time and have now uninstalled it.

One of the most useful features on the app is now gone 😭 please bring the fuel checker back 🙏🏻 may not have always been exact on prices but was super handy to see where the cheaper of garages were, especially when driving to different areas

App wouldn’t accept account details
Broke down yesterday in the middle of a busy junction. The app wouldn't accept my account details or postcode, even though the contact centre subsequently verified my account. Scary experience!

Removing the fuel finder as the supplier dropped it is a poor excuse for the AA not to have a replacement ready to replace it. We don't all have EV's. Not happy and have been an AA member for 30+ years. Maybe time for a change.

Great app just issues if you have had an account in the past then rejoin it does not give the option of updating membership number. But great app once you get in
