Terrible. Two of the last three orders were wrong. Pant measurements are off 3 inches or more for the inseam as well as the waist. Hard to actually get it contact with a human. This place is not what it used to be.

Please improve photo resolution/quality
Please upload higher resolution photos. When selling pre-owned clothes, there is an unsaid rule about making flaws known and the low res photos in combo with too few photos makes it almost impossible to see flaws. Additionally, the buyer should be able to see the text when a tag is attached to the back of pants! On the flip side, if I can't zoom in to see how great and item actually is, I'm also not going to buy it. You are selling the seller and buyer short by not providing decent quality photos.

Scam
This website is a scam. I sent 10 pairs of excellent condition named brand jeans in. After a long wait of them listing them, 2 pair sold and I received nothing for that. And now I can't see what was sold because they took it off my account so I have no way of even proving I sent anything in . Total scam . Thanks for taking my jeans and giving me nothing !! I could have donated to Goodwill!!

Canceled my order without even telling me, and it was impossible to contact anyone in the company. So I was waiting for weeks for clothes I spent hundreds of dollars on, just to find out they canceled it immediately. Better just to go to a thrift shop myself, anyway. The sizes are always wrong on thredup.

When an order gets lost, count on no support from ThredUp. I am having to dispute the charge because there is absolutely no response via email or chat.

The app is glitchy, but the selection and prices are good. I like all the filters so I can narrow down exactly what I want. I do wish they'd fix all the glitches, though. The app is really slow to load, and every time I use it something else goes wrong. I always think to myself, "All apps have glitches; I'm sure they'll fix it soon." But this app really never gets fixed all the way. It's worth it for me sometimes if I need clothes, though.

THIEVES
I've sent to ThredUp 3x in the past two weeks. I've keep a video record of what I've sent them before shipping it all. Most things are new with tags & accordance with current trends and the season. After processing, I've noticed only like 3 out of the 20 things I'll sent is listed. They are STEALING my stuff at the warehouse & not giving me the option to have it returned to me, although I selected that option before sending it out to them. I don't think I'll be sending anything else to them, moving forward. On top of that, their fees have gotten out of control. It use to be free to send your clothes in, now they charge you $14.99 to process a box + take 90% from the final sale. Imagine someone taking most of YOUR money to sell YOUR clothes. Atrocious business practices. It's truly disgusting.

Stop messing with the descriptive data!!!
Photos resolution is terrible. Should be able to read tags that are still attached and be able to see flaws, if they exist!!! You are selling pre-owned clothes after all. Equally as important and incredibly maddening is the constant changing of data labels! Stop it! I use saved searches and if I can't search by NEW WITH TAGS, then consider me a former customer.

I'm so glad I discovered this app. I've been using it for many years now. However as of yesterday 5/9/2024 the Conditions section on the app removed the"New" button. Why? I like the option and as it is a consignment shop. Yes I like to buy new and I like to shop just choosing from that option. If you're new to the app you might not care but I do. It wasn't broken so there was no need to fix anything. Bad decision 😪
