Three - Latest Quality Issues

You would expect an app to be capable of even the most trivial of abilities in this day and age but no, it does absolutely nothing at all. And yes i have tried it in multiple locations, restarted phone countless times, reinstalled app, cleared cache and data and even tried on multiple devices. The only this (cr)app can do is shove offers at you. Its far more akin to adware

This is just an advert portal for Three products. Three website tells me to go to the usage tab, but there is no usage tab. It just links to the Three website where I have to faff around again trying to log in. The app also seems to have trouble remembering my phone number and I have to type it in each time. It's a pointless app and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with it.

Tells me I have been blocked from my account. Website decides to update ever so often and kicks you out of login while updating. Wouldn't recommend. Also no advice on how and why I was blocked

Worst experience with a telecom company
Got this line at the airport in Feb. every single month had a new issue arise. The last straw was having the money put in for a top up used up by three thinking I'm abroad when I'm in york city center. Hours taken out to reach a conclusion with any sort of issue with this company. That's when the app isn't crashing or failing to go past the home page. Didn't think it was so hard to get a card, give them my money, use up data. But no. You've outdone yourselves three.

cannot login - keeps saying re-register account as three have updated their system and their app is even better??? when you enter all your details again to try and re-register, it says account exists. then takes you back to re-register page.? app isn't better if you cannot login or use it.

My account won't even let me log in and tells me my number isn't a three number when I am paying a three SIM only contract on that exact number

Cant do anything on the app, as soon as i log in, it says im timed out and app will automatically log me out in a minute, cant interact eoth any features on app....

Bugs all the time, every month I have problems with top up, cuz your app doesn't work properly, I tryed 4 cards for top up, it shows me error, 1 star
