Too bad, I've been scammed. I sold my two tickets bought through the official channel, because I couldn't go. They were sold to different people, one of them days later has complained after having enjoyed the concert, and Ticketswap automatically agrees with them and demands that I return the money or they pass the case to a debt collection agency with their respective interests. Very disappointed. I won't use it again

Impossible to reach support
I am currently having an issue and I've been trying to contact an agent, but it's just a bot and it is impossible to speak to someone. The bot doesn't have an answer to my query. I have lost a lot of time. And I'm also going to lose money tonight because no one is helping. Very disappointing.

The App is unusable because it doesn't protect against automated bots that automate the ordering process. 'Ordinary users don't stand a chance and popular cards disappear to commercial parties. Nice idea but worthless.

ticket sold on the wrong day
I was sent the ticket for the wrong day and the support replied that the event can also be sold on the wrong day, just indicate it in the notes

I sold my ticket on Ticketswap and I don't get paid!! They are scammers!! The buyer has said that it didn't work for him to get his money back and now Ticketswap is not going to pay me the ticket that I didn't use to be able to sell it on their platform.

Recently got stuck
Was already satisfied with ticketswap and the app. Now it keeps getting stuck, can't do anything. Already uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. Too bad, already missed out on tickets 2 times because of this

Reliable site for the sale/purchase of tickets for any event, adequate service costs and a fairly intuitive app. In my opinion, a small flaw are the procedures for changing the name of the tickets as there is no method that puts you directly in contact with the seller. I hope that the creators of the app will be able to come up with something because I see it as a fundamental thing.
