I bought a subscription for 2 trips for 24 hours, one trip was canceled and another minus 12 zlotys from the card, after a while the money was returned, it's a little scary if it will be like this all the time .... If something changes later, I will change the asterisks

In general, I liked it. This is better than competitors who didn't even have the app installed to make money. However, since I can say in the first three scooters did not go. But the money was withdrawn from me. And now I don't understand where to write to deal with payments (more money was withdrawn from me, and also now, in addition to this, there is still a reserve of my funds on my card, i.e. I still owe money).

These scooters regularly obstruct entire pavements. The company doesn't seem to be doing anything about it. You can't reach them to report illegal parkers either. Simply junk.

Now uninstalled after at least 2 years of use. Both app (vehicles are only successfully reserved after 3-5 attempts; Vehicle is suddenly no longer available; reporting system, what is defective on a vehicle is virtually non-existent; and other topics), as well as vehicles (several km range, still an "E" is displayed and the vehicle does not accelerate; various, sometimes serious, physical defects) are becoming more and more unreliable, it's really no fun anymore. Bitter.

The only app I've had problems with so far. Ending a ride while riding, accidental activation when trying to ride in a group, refund for a non-working scooter instead of to your account is to be used in the app, and in addition PLN 5 for the activation itself. If it wasn't for the lack of competition in my city, I wouldn't use it.
