On the 1st Sunday of the month, the entrance to the Valley of the Temples is free, but I was able to book online and be charged the sum of 42€. It's theft. I am asking to be reimbursed. This site is a scam

When booking for the visit to Milan Cathedral, 'Entrance and Roof Terrace' was displayed. There is no indication that this is not the entrance to the interior of the cathedral. And when booking 'with' the elevator, there is no indication that you still have to go down the stairs.

Thought I was on an official link, but went to towers. The site and app are very efficient and cover lots of attractions but you pay more.

Booked our 35th anniversary dinner cruise with Tiqets. Got to the dock and no boat. Turns out they don't sail on a Monday, something Tiqets should have known. Major fail. Best to book with the cruise company directly.

Bad customer service
Worst customer service ever. They can't do nothing for you. There is the slightest problem it will ruin your vacation. Never buy on this app. Always search for the official museums and attractions websites.
