Never loads
This app never load always says processing! Never has loaded once for me! The website also never wants to load its hit it or miss as well. Will just constantly be loading

App never leaves me signed in even after checking the box to do so. Has to glitch as can be. Might just be the expensive phone messing up. But all around, I have never had an easy use of the app.

IPay always for my prepare phone number $50 plus the tax and now in the store I must pay 56.66 what does mean they say payment support charge for what I think they don't want anyone come to pay in the store hunt for service it's a pet service and you have a bad customer service each time I call no one answer maybe it's time to change from T-Mobile to different company thank you customer service you do bad things for your company

T-Mobile are street punks!!
I got my iPhone 14 Pro Max 256 Gigabytes robbed from me at their store in San Bernardino CA and they refused to do a police report and they refuse to replace my iPhone when they helped stage the incident smh T-Mobile is a horrible company. On top of that they are trying to make me pay almost $300 to get a replacement sent to me. I can't wait to change companies!

The app is not working. I signed in and all it does is keep loading and thinking about it. It won't go any further than the sign in screen. It does nothing. The app is not working. I've called T-Mobile regarding this and they've all but shrugged their shoulders and said we don't know so it's not working which is so frustrating
