I use T-Mobile internet. I have been getting messages the old app is going away. This is just a bunch of ads. I WILL NOT PURCHASE THIS GARBAGE. And it doesn't have the same functionality as the old app. Less options.

Since the new app the Internet suck. But T-Mobile scamming everybody with the Internet box. I got my box cut off and T-Mobile store workers want take the Internet box back. There gonna send you a $400 bill for the Internet box.

I don't know who thought naming an app T Life but that was an odd conversation with my girlfriend. And all the bloatware and ads make this a very inconvenient app.

Not an improvement
This app is supposed to replace the T-Mobile internet app. All it really does is shows me a ton of advertising. Of course who doesn't want to see more ads. It doesn't add any new feature for managing the WiFi network. It doesn't even fix the bugs of the previous app.

This app and T-Mobile home internet as a whole is garbage
Have had a gateway for no more than 2-3 months. Randomly turns off. Won't connect to anything besides an Ethernet. This dumb app doesn't work with the admin password on the router. Whole thing is bad.

I'm constantly logged out & then I'm having to reinstall my wifi on a daily. Because it states I haven't setup my wifi yet.

Please fix this
You're trying to migrate people away from the TMHI app, which would be fine if this new app functioned properly. But every time I want to do something like restart my Internet, your new app demands the admin password. This makes no sense whatsoever. If the proper user is signed in, which is obviously the case, it makes zero sense to require ANOTHER sign-in. I don't have the password memorized, so I have to dig around and find it. Again, this makes no sense. Oh, and it also thinks I'm entering an incorrect password. Wrong. Please fix it. Is it too much to ask that you reply to these complaints and assure us that you are working on it? Do you really want to leave us with no alternative but to bombard your call center day after day until this is fixed?

First they told me I had to switch to this. When I could not connect, they told me it wasn't ready yet. What I found is it is nothing but adverts which you have to scroll down through to get to something useful like how to manage my internet. If this is the way they're going I will be switching carriers.
