Great app to reduce waste and save money. The only flaw in my opinion is that of not having an exhaustive list with the food that has remained unsold, thus not giving customers the opportunity to choose independently what they could find most useful or not.

In principle, it's really good. This reduces waste and also helps students to obtain cheaper products. However, the merchants are not revalued because they are only paid half of what is advertised on the application (the rest goes to the application, which is a bit exaggerated because yes you have to finance the app but getting half back is absurd) and 3 months later compared to the orders.

I've gotten great products but also occasionally flimsy vegetables that didn't smell good that I threw away at home, but 90% of what I've bought has been affordable and "eat soon".

The app is fine, but I see a problem. The payment method can only be made when purchasing a pack and when entering the account details the order has been sold out, so I can no longer enter the card details until I order another pack and as it takes me a long time to put it it runs out and the next day the same. It would be nice if you could enter the payment method without placing an order.

Worst app in the world. You're about to pay, the app crashes and says paying is not possible due to an account error. Strangely enough, there is no problem with my account.

The place can cancel your order last minute. I walked for 15 mins, already within the time frame for pick up, and got the cancelation note upon arrival. And there is no option to leave a review for such cases in the app..

Great concept, but lousy if you have dietary restrictions due to health issues or allergies. The only filters they have are for vegetarian or vegan. There are quite a few places that offer gluten free or other options. Too Good to Go needs to up their game.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I HAVE CANCELLED 3 ORDERS BECAUSE THE STORE DOES NOT BUY FOOD AVAILABLE FROM 2/1/2024 TO TODAY THE REFUND FOR A VALUE OF €15.46 HAS NEVER ARRIVED, I FELT CHEATED! WHAT A SHAME!!!

Good idea, but impractical and misleading. After several failed attempts to place an order, I finally reserved something. Success! 60 seconds later got text "Hi, it turns out the store doesn't have any food to rescue today, so we have refunded your payment! We hope you'll rescue meals again soon." Between difficulty reserving desirable items, inconvenient pickup time frames & the possibility you're wasting your time - I'll rescue food some other way. No thanks!
