It takes too long pending to actually get any money.

It would have been 5 star only problem is when Ur a new customer at some stores it will give U a higher amount of cashback but when it becomes payable it then goes to a lower amount than what was originally set for example if I was a new customer at Asda or Tesco for a new customer I would be £8.00 but when it changes from pending to payable it might go to £2.00 this is an example to explain how my experience was apart from that I think the app is great P.S not all stores do this

I've been a member for a few years now and generally I'm happy with things. However, I'm finding that the overview page has changed and it's not letting me see my summary. The 'earnings' tab covers it. Have you updated recently?

Not tracking

Becoming more and more frequent not tracking purchases and not being able to contact anyone to follow up. TopCashback is no where near the site it used to be . Time to look for a more professional platform

Need to submit claims for missing cashback more often than not. Currently been waiting a year on one claim and just keep getting told to wait.
