Buggy
This app is disappointing. The most useful thing with this app is the remote start and lock feature, otherwise most functions are buggy. I can't sign in to Toyota finance from it, the vehicle image is gone, it doesn't show my EV charge history, and I can't add my partner to the app. I'm glad it's included for the term of the lease but I wouldn't pay for it beyond that. You would think Toyota will have things figured out given how much their cars go for nowadays.

Trash app, used to only use it as a "quick" access to toyota financial services but now it says "oops, something went wrong on our end". Yeah, no shiz sherlock

I'm paying how much for this app.Every single time I open it nothing happens.I get a white background with the black Toyota logo I have to literally wait 10 to 15.Maybe even 32nd.S sometimes I have to just close the app.Fix it or i'm not paying for it anymore

Removed options.
The previous versions had an option to add a driver with settings and a valet option that controlled speed. These options are no longer available. Why were they removed? Please put them back in.

For the 2nd time since I got it the app has broken and I can not access the financial section and I can't make payments check amounts or make any payment changes. The first time this happened I was late on a payment. I got it setup for auto payments but I cannot check on it.

The app gives you the opportunity to pay the monthly bill, all of a sudden it keeps saying there's an error. I tap on Refresh but nothing happens and now I can't pay for my car. I even un-installed and reinstalled the app and same thing.

Not impressed. I have an older tacoma (2019), and I had the EnTune app that app is no longer supported, so I downloaded this new app, and it does not work with my infotainment system at all. Not that Entune was worth anything, but it at least did some things. I basically have a dead brick infotainment system, which is only a step down from what it was when I bought it.
