Recent changes are a problem.
Otherwise great app hobbled by recent change… The “Ride Now” button that persists on the main screen works very slowly. Previously it would show me an option to “activate” if I had available passes, or “show” if one was active. Now pressing “ride now” gives several seconds of spinning circles before bringing up the page with EZPay, then I have to click “view fares and passes” THEN I can activate my pass. The same process is required to merely show a pass. Each step takes several seconds now, when it used to be nearly instant. Not something someone wants to do while others are waiting to board. (Also the “which line are you on?” pop up notification presumes that info is available inside the bus. It's not, at least not in Cleveland)

Love the app. Extremely convenient. Giving 4 stars only because the go option has lately not been able to stay active during an entire trip, making it necessary to enter the destination several times while enroute.

I've been using this app in my city because the regional mass transit app is usually broken even though I live in the 6th largest city in the US. This app is not very accurate as far as arrival times although it's probably not their fault. It's also unnecessarily complicated but lucky for them, the only competition is really Google Maps.

could be around a few min shorter.

Very good app, only sometimes it closes and doesn't let you see the route. But super good

In the past few months the app has started silently freezing and therefore not giving notifications to leave for a bus. This has caused me to miss the bus multiple times.

I cannot even count the amount of times the app told me a bus was almost here and then the bus did not come. Rule of thumb: If the app can't show you the bus's current location in real time, the bus isn't coming. All the 5 star ratings were done by bots. Dogshit app. Period.

Purchased a day pass, pushed activate, and all of a sudden the entire app stops working, my day pass disappears and I can't use it, and I'm still charged. This app will just take your money and you will get no bus ride.

It's ok. Sometimes better than Google Maps, sometimes not. Sometimes it doesn't give a route worth taking. Other times it gives me 1 quicker than I thought possible. But, you need to realize when we are at the damned stop not to route us on the 2nd and 3rd buses coming but on the next 1. This is annoying AF.
