The Saloon I go to doesn't take payments from Treatwell they still get the money and make it VERY hard to receive a refund

Very nice and useful as an App. Simple to use. Only one flaw in my opinion: it compares few salons, so it provides few possibilities of choice between them.

I rebooked an appointment two weeks in advance via the app and also received a confirmation email. However, this information was probably not forwarded to the salon, who reported me as a "no-show" on my original date. I had already taken the rebooked appointment without any problems. The response from customer service is still a long time coming.

I lost 75€!
Terrible experience. After booking and paying at a salon, I was called by phone by the hairdresser to tell me that the appointment would be missed. The app tells me that the cancellation of the appointment will not be refunded. I call the salon, they don't know what to tell me, I insist, they tell me that despite it's complex they will try to contact Treatwell. After days I'm told that the app will take care of the refund, which is not up to them. Two weeks have passed, not even a shadow of the 75€. Needless to say, they are not a negligible figure. A real scam.

Great but
I selected the name of the hairdresser I wanted for the haircut but it doesn't appear in the summary To be sure that I did it correctly I cancelled and remade the reservation, however in the end it does not appear the name of who I selected for the cut but the Name of the one who will do the folding. It would be better if it turned out to be the one selected. Otherwise very comfortable
