Terrible customer support and misleading pricing
We've had a nightmare of a time using trip.com I highly suggest using the first party booking apps over them as this will give you recourse when things don't go to plan and are much more straightforward. We've been waiting for 8 hours due to being railroaded into an unnecessary flight change suggested by trips team and we cannot get any sense out of them. The keep telling us only the first party airliner can help resolve the situation where trip gate keep the information needed to make a resolution with Ryanair directly and have made no effort to contact the first party. OVERALL: Trip.com makes the whole process longer, more frustrating with little to no help and is essentially an unauthorised reseller Use trip.com if you value saving pennies over your time and cannot be bothered to make decent flight arrangements.

It's for foreigners, so it doesn't make simple hotel reservations easy. I was too persistent to choose if I wanted to make a set of something, and it would be difficult if I made a mistake in even one of them, so I uninstalled it.

this is the worst app ever , im from Kosovo 🇽🇰 but i cannot buy a ticket because they didnt registred Kosovo in their website , Kosovo is a country everyone knows that but i dont understand why you didnt put Kosovo , because when i have to fill nationality i have to do it with Kosovo country.

Keeps saying airline informed them flight fully booked but they still show the flights in the app. Closed the app. Refreshing it didn't work. Still shows same flight but when you want to book it it will show you the message and ask you to refresh again. Tried this multiple times. Will go to other apps for booking

*Update* Thank you for replying to my review. I sent an email and am waiting for a reply. Terrible customer service. I accidentally booked a flight for the wrong month. According to Aeromexico, a change can be made without penalty as long as it is requested within 24hr hours and TRIP is refusing to honor this policy and change the flights to the correct date. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU MIGHT AS WELL BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE
