Absolutely horrendous support. Never have I had any issues resolved. More quirks and odd problems than I can recall. A few of those issues have included the fact that customers appear to be able to give whatever name they choose, even if that is a (.). Numerous customers phone numbers don't work or go through a third party, etc. And the amount of orders that equate to a 1/3 ratio of mileage and earnings, or worse, are unreal. Let me clarify with an example.. $2 or $3 dollars for a 14 mile delive

Worst app . Doing nothing for drivers. All thay care about customer who order. Paying almost nothing for orders and customer using tricks to get good service first thay add tip and than remove without any reason. No Metter how good you are doing.

I stopped working with the app because the profit went down due to fuel hike and the app didn't raise the price of the trip

Don't give the passenger SO many options to complain, it's OBVIOUS that you're always going to complain about some. In any case, give us drivers more or less the same options to be able to make a report and have their account closed because there are people who are too irresponsible and rude. They ride without a seatbelt, kick your seat, or open the door for you with the car moving. Didi lets you disassociate yourself from some passengers, it would be a luxury to have the same or something similar.

Increased fees, half of the support people are rude or don't care which sucks for those that do, and at random times the app itself will cancel orders on me for no reason and support won't or can't help.

I haven't been able to log in to my account since aye, so I haven't been able to work. Support is useless, they haven't attended to me. And today, May 10, I went to the Center's offices in Hamburg, I arrived at 4:15 p.m. and no one was there. I still can't use the app for work.

The is the only market in Brazil that is a lawless land! The mobility app market. It charges what it wants from passengers and pays what it wants for drivers. Countless races that badly pay for fuel. Forcing drivers to work longer hours every day for less profits, true modern slavery.
