Ticket purchase

Tried paying for my tickets on your app and although all my information is saved on your app along with my address etc. I couldn't pay it wouldn't select my address for confirmation and it wouldn't let me enter it to finalize my payment. The keyboard kept disappearing when I would try to use it even though it should have listed my address. I grew frustrated with this as I didn't want to have to wait in line to buy tickets ways the point of of having the app if I can't use it to buy my tickets.

Poor, sparse app

You can't calculate routes from location to the attraction you want to go to. The waiting times are not visible to the naked eye, you have to get into the attraction to see the times. A lot of room for improvement

Buggy.

Unable to purchase tickets through the app, which seems a rather important functionality. When I get to the section to add my billing address, the keyboard to type in my details flys up and then away the moment I touch the phone. We've tried multiple times to get this to work, but it appears to be a weird glitch in the app. Can't purchase the tickets without being able to enter address, and it's not giving me the option of using my saved address.

Bob Marley Restuarant- Please do not order food for pick up

The restaurant took 45 mins to deliver one single entree- a chickpea curry. And it was half hour past pickup time. I had to just sit there requesting each person who works there for status. The manager arrived eventually apologizing for some miscommunication. That's just bad and never expected it.

Will not allow booking for special events or tickets. You have to go into Universal Orlando WEBSITE via Google Play store (App Support) to purchase tickets/events.

The app is fine but really should include details related to the users vacation details. It would be nice to see hotel details that are associated with the same Universal account.

Ask for to many permissions and won't work without it also couldn't enter address without copy pasting cus keyboard instantly leaves the moment I try to type. Horrible app
