A deporable customer service, can spend days, weeks without having a solution, no one takes responsibility for a situation that is quite simple, for example, the return of a charge on your account, something that would be automatic here is practically an eternity, you can write and ask when you will receive your money back and no one responds, a negligent customer service, lack of empathy and without any concern for the customer. recommend without hesitation avoid this platform. 3557584

Uphold cost me $3000 loss by delaying my transfer
I had US$40,000 transferred to Uphold on Monday and because they did not push my transfer through to NASDAQ in a timely manner. I lost almost $3000. Would I be foolish to think that somebody from Uphold is going to compensate me for that because there was a software glitch or their subjective decisions weren't spot on.? I'm very disappointed, especially with the fact that there's nobody to talk to you're all unreachable

Everything's good but the app lies like if you want to transfer crypto one day it will say 6 hours the next 24 and then the next day 40 hours which doesn't make since honeslty I just want to know the true times through ing in fake numbers like that makes it so untrustworthy for me so this is the last time I use uphold.

unconscionable.. how fake reviews can only get you guys so far. uphold WILL steal your money. it's not a matter of if, but when. losing 10 dollars every 3 or 6 months times the tens if not hundreds of thousands who feel like they can gain from crypto through uphold -imagine what these technological thieves make! I've said my piece.. you can keep the chump change you left me, uphold. but NEVER will i trust you disgusting humans again.

This app is f$-$&$+ stupid wouldn't let me send any crypto unless I enabled two-factor authentication forcing me to download an app then still wanted to verify me with a selfie then tells me because of the security changes they forced me to make I have to wait 6 hours before I can transfer those funds will not be using this app anymore as soon as they allow me to remove my funds

it is very useful but also very convoluted to use and so it takes lots of practice. Making it harder is the fact that it's constantly updated with different looks and rearranged buttons.
