My Choice would be to beg the seller to use USPS Doesn't anyone test these before making us suffer? The other one was under friendly. I thought hmmm maybe UPS is getting it together This is HORRIBLE in every way! Im not allowed to change security access code. The package isn't even on the truck. Good luck finding a live agent. Still better than FedEx but nowhere near USPS. No clicks make sense C'mon!!!

it never works always says sorry something went wrong close app try again. always. hire a kindergarten kid to build you a smooth operating website that doesn't always say sorry something went wrong. looking directly at the tracking number, enter it, track then sorry something went wrong.

I've let UPS know that I need to have my package delivered to my apartment on the 3rd floor. I've had 2 packages stolen because they were left on the first floor. Thank goodness most of the people who live here are honest and brought some packages to me that weren't left at my apt. door. UPS, why ask what my preferences are if you ignore them?
