The app consistently is opening when I'm not attempting to access it since the last update on 04/22/24. Consistently, and won't stop even when I restart my phone.

Do not get usaa, especially not their insurance. They refused to reimburse my family for our roof that was damaged by a storm that we paid 10 grand to fix, now we're moved to a new home and found out that two of our trees are dying and need removed. If we wouldn't have discovered this about our trees and they fell on our new house, it would have been covered, but since we discovered it, now USAA not only won't assist in the tree removal, if they fall now before removal, our policy won't cover.

As usual, everytime USAA updates this app...things go wrong and your accessibility to your account info suffers. USAA needs to do a better job.

It detects your phone even hands free, and when you break hard as someone cuts you off or break check you that too penalizes for being safe avoiding accident. Doesn't check speed despite GPS tracking of your trips so 150 in a 35 blood flows red on the roadways don't mean anything to usaa. No wonder their rates went up for no reason. I'm switching insurance and uninstalling this useless no benefit to you app. Can I do negative stars??

Matching scheduled transactions against checking accounts rarely works as intended. Also, trying to update account information and get system error messages. Does this app EVER work properly?

It would be great if I could make a payment. The past 6 or 7 times I've tried over a few weeks, it always tells me sorry we can't do that right now. Need to fix that quick.
