Review
Your app and website are absolutely horrific upon updating with coinciding upon current Package location updates to where it's at. United States Postal Service cop out is in transit to next facility if you guys messed up and it's delayed and is not shipped in the manner that was paid for. Meanwhile, while you pay for expedited cost of shipping and Postal Service fails to do what is necessary to get the package there within the paid time frame, winds up costing thousands and thousands of potential dollars to the customer that the United States Postal Service does not care about, the time delays because shipments do not arrive on time!!!

I find it fishy that this app hasn't seen updates since 2020. I think it might be abandonware at this point because I just had a package delivered and the app failed to notify me.

Not a true mobile app
What's the advantage to a mobile app that simply launches links which are called in an external browser? Since this is all the app appears to be (a list of hyperlinks), I do not find it useful.

USPS totally incompetent!
I repeatedly use mail hold and EVERY TIME mail still gets delivered and often left at the front door, open to view and available to thieves! I have switched to placing a hold online, but that is terrible, as well. I just tried to cancel and USPS site states “No such hold exists” after I REPEATEDLY enter correct confirmation number, email AND phone number. How can such a large, important and well funded federal agency be SO INCOMPETENT??!?

I have the worst experience with this app. I know my username and password and each time I try and login it says wrong username and password. I have emailed and emailed the USPS so Many times but still this app will not let me access my account. I tried to make a new account but when I enter my email etc it says that email is taken. Of course it's taken. Because it's my Email!!!!!! GRRRRRRRR
