Prices are incredibly inaccurate. I signed up for the direct pay, verified and everything a few months ago, and even used it once, but now its not reflected in my account....

Another app that must verify the account by the phone number. Only to say your number isn't a real phone number. Funny Been getting phone calls on the same phone number for about 4yrs now. Worthless app.

Only works 1/3 of the time.
I got this app and linked my bank account to save at the pump. The problem is that it has only work 2 out of the 6 times that I have tried to use it at a Valero station.

Don’t try to activate a pump more than once
If you try 3x, you won't be allowed to buy gas through the app for 24 hours as punishment and often, the app is the only place the discounts on gas are available, and it's usually only a 1-day discount. So if they ground you for a day, you lose the discount. I do love the app when it works but this kind of error puts a damper on things

Poor tech support and not very secure
They can't update their own information, you need to be on the lookout for double billing, they tell you it's a “glitch” and it takes forever for them to solve anything. Find another gas station.
