Was working great for a year or more,, but lately the app keeps crashing after login. Waited to report, but this has been ongoing for over a month now. Super annoying!

What is wrong?
Since my last logon it says I logged on one month ago, even though I just logged on today this app needs a serious amount of rework. It has nothing to do with real time.

Ridiculous step back in functionality
This app used to be passably usable. Then, some developer convinced VG to let them gut the old app and rewrite everything from scratch, likely to harvest more development fees. Features that used to exist are just gone, others have to be found via some convoluted UI path. People who have mobile apps for investing want them to just work, and quickly. We don't care about fresh clean looks, or whatever snake oil was used to sell VG on this rewrite. Every year I get less happy with this investment house, this app refresh may just be the proverbial straw.

Stuck in the 90s
Awful app, message portal is terrible. Message from their agents is also general, pointing me to the FAQ. UI is stuck in the 1990s. Any improvement would be welcomed

Vanguard website proof it’s me❗️
Vanguard asks To open its app to prove it's me for Vanguard website.I open website and then told I will receive a code.. No code by phone or text!. This is a PAIN. IF I COULD COPY WHAT'S ON THE APP. I wouldn't need to open Vanguards website. With poor vision , Vanguard needs to make their site more accessible to vision impaired clients❗️

Buggy, ugly, and frustrating
This app is clunky with annoying popups, data and charts lacking detail, and oversized pointless modules. UI elements conflict with each other and are not intuitive. Also sometimes logs you out as soon as you sign in. Wish it was better.

Worst Financial Services App
This newer app update is almost unusable. Trying to get to areas you need to for specific information or tasks is unbelievably difficult since they've taken any user friendly tabs/drop down boxes etc…. Away that actually helped the user navigate the site. Maybe this is on purpose so you have to call in to get help and then they can charge you a fee. Everything about this company used to be great. Hopefully after the current CEO leaves, they can get back to being great again.
