The worst credit card I've ever had. They lower your credit limit without warning even when you pay them in full every month. They take the longest to process a payment out of any card I've ever had. So far having the verizon visa card has been more trouble than it's been worth. Will most likely be canceling the card and completely leaving verizon because of it. T-mobile and plenty of other phone companies will buy you out of your contract just to have your buisness. Service is average anyway.

Can't find the monthly statements? Then I called support but couldn't get through to a person without waiting through a lengthy lengthy automated virtual person telling me all the things I'm not interested in at this time on my account. Hah! A company that makes their money with phones, makes it so difficult to talk to someone on the phone for support. They try to automate everything so they don't have to pay people. At least that's what it seems

Reward information bars do not work, just the balance of rewards show. The reward scales and analysis has never worked in this app. Reinstalled the app, still does not work. Link to credit card details better than others.
