After waiting onthe phone for 21 mins to try & pay my credit card of £ 3355 I am told they can only take payments of £750.Adviced to go onthre app.This I have just tried. It might be easier to pull my own teeth!! All I want to do is pay my card off. I am 74.5 & fast loosing the will to live.Why is it so difficult?

App is current completely broken, all you can see is the balance faintly in the background with a loading icon in the middle. Completely unacceptable to not have a working app when there is no website alternative available. No communications from Virgin either directly or posted on their website/social media. Not being able to check transactions online in one way or another in 2024 is pitiful.

App no longer works on Google pixel. After login, there is a loading screen overlay that just goes forever. I've tried reinstalling on this device and the issue is still there. Tried installing on my iPhone and it works. App also works on my husband's android. Needs fixing on Google devices

Worked fine until 3 updates ago and since nothing!!! This has to be the most deleted and reinstalled app on my phone. Sent the emails, made the phone calls tried installing with WiFi and without, with mobile data and without followed all the instructions, passed on all the info to the relevant people and still can't access anything regarding my card. No, I am using the new release, updated 09,05,2024

Has been fine for years and now it no longer opens. Have deleted and redownloaded the app. Nothing. Can see my card details faintly but just the swirling loading sign. Fix this please! If this is such a common issue, as it appears to be, , why not explain what is needed to be done rather than denying any issue is happening and claiming all is well with the app on your help page. I see you have said something needs changing in settings to a previous bad review. STATE WHAT THAT IS
