App not working. Will contact HR. Happens way too much.

Since the most recent update on Android, the app has become useless. It freezes and is locked on the main screen. You can not click anything. I have cleared cache, and force stopped it. A few times, it cleared temporarily to allow to do a few things only to have in lock again. Also the sleep tracking almost always deducts 30 minutes from what is recorded as sleep time in Google fit. So if want to get credit for sleeping 7 hours. You must have over 7.5 of sleep.

It's not possible to connect the app with Huawei or Honor Health apps. If you're using a Huawei device, the only way to sync your data is by transferring it from Huawei Health to Strava, and then syncing Strava with Pulse Virgin. If you contact support, they'll advise you to buy a supported device.

App stopped working days ago in my phone android S20, and customer service is not answering.

Why is the app completely "frozen" since today (May 10)? No reaction at all after opening it up, no synching, nothing. It was working until earlier today. And deleting + reinstalling didn't help either, now I can't even log on, as that entry page is already frozen. And all of this when our company challenge has just started.... And installing the app on my other phone shows the same problem. What is going on and when will this be fixed?
