Great prices with Earth Day sale!
I like the prices on Vitacost, especially when there's a sale, like today. I wish the search feature was more comprehensive. I haven't been able to figure out how to add all parameters like dairy-free, meat-free, fish-free, organic, gluten-free. I eat honey so I can't check vegan. There's no meat-free and fish-free choices. So I'll check off the others but when I choose too many, some disappear, maybe there's a limit? Tried to find sale items, organic and dairy-free but didn't work. I think I would order more if I could just browse with ALL the guidelines I'm looking for. Thank you.

Works well-could use a couple tweaks
4/23/24: noticed when I was trying to enter a discount code at checkout, the keyboard covered the code field. I was able to paste it in but wouldn't have been able to see anything if I'd had to type it in. The app worked well for my shopping and purchase today. I did find myself looking for a “back” or “close cart” button when I wanted to go back to shopping from my cart, versus going to the bottom menu to select shop. Not a big deal.

This app used to be so good, but it has gotten terrible. Previously purchased items don't show, and there's no detail available for orders. I just got a double shipment that I was charged for. Now I have to wait for them to respond for a refund. Workers are not being careful putting orders together at all. Service has gotten so bad I'm starting to consider doing business elsewhere. Please fix your app. Thank you Irene

Site was a bit slow and information difficult to save. I do like that items difficult to find elsewhere were available here. Fingers crossed that my first order will be successful.

A little quirky but convenient
I love vitacost. I prefer to shop on my PC but the app is really convenient. Sometimes it does weird things like not add an item to my cart, and I don't know why. But overall it's worth having. You can add things to your cart as you think of them. I used to get notifications of sales but for some reason I don't anymore. I liked being notified of the bigger sales.
