Makes the whole concept pointless
If you see the adverts, the Vitality experience really seems like a unique and engaging concept for life and health insurance. Some of the benefits and rewards are great. However, their app is not. The concept relies on the Vitality app taking readings from your Health app. This is not unique and I have many apps tracking from my Health app successfully. Vitality cannot get theirs to work. This means all the “rewards” are not triggered as the app cannot read your data. I pay £60 per month for cover and recently haven't had any rewards as the app is so bad! Don't be fooled by the adverts. Vitality cover is only as good as their terrible app!!

Congratulations you've made the app totally useless it's it possible to give it 0 stars. Now it's ok impossible to see weekly points and the app just keeps telling you to down load the app.

This has to he one of the worst apps I have ever downloaded. Considering Vitality as supposed to he a major private health care provider.....I hop the medical care is better than the app. I am a new customer and so far, from three activities in Google Fit, only one has successfully synced with this awful app.

Link your Apple Health and/or an activity tracker to the Vitality Member App to start earning points towards rewards, from a handcrafted drink with Caffè Nero to cinema tickets with ODEON or Vue, on us. Important Information You need to be a Vitality member to use this app. Log into the app using your Member Zone username and password.
