Improvement
I have had this system for 2+ years and will say it's a great system. However when first getting the thermostat installed the guy blew my heating circuit and of course he didn't know how to fix that. So had to pay to get that corrected. Secondly the app doesn't update efficiently meaning with the last thing that has been done. Example I could have turn my alarm off and left the house and I go in the app it's still showing that I have the alarm on from overnight which is incorrect.

Absolutely riddled with bugs. I love our system but this app is horrific. Asking to share my phones location for it to "work optimally" in an endless loop making it completely useless unless you share the "optional" personal data.

App not letting me log in to get to my camera. After uninstalling and reinstalled still the same issue. Stuck on the sign on screen. Please fix

Not sure I'm getting all that I am paying for. I'm not computer savvy so don't know how to program well. I should probably call to get help with that. And If the alarm goes off they try to contact me. However1 or 2 times I did not see the contact in a timely manner and no one came out. If it were a true emergency would someone have responded, I wonder…

DVR playback does NOT work 90% of the time. Video lags. The microphones pick up the wind and birds better than voices. My friends that don't pay for service have better quality systems. I have had this system since August of 2023, and now that I need it the most, it is not working for me. I contacted support, only to be told that everything is working as it should based on their findings. I was given a $300 credit to purchase equipment, but why would I purchase more equipment if it won't work?
