Never works

Unbelievable you have to download an app to help make your TV work. I recently moved and had to change Internet providers now this app won't even connect to my TV. I can't connect my Internet the app just buffers and buffers and buffers. I've tried to reach out to Vizio support and have gotten zero support, I'm very disappointed. Something so easy is made to be so difficult.

this app never works! Im literally 5ft from my TV but it can't find my tv. My tv n mobile are on the same network. problem was the network so i switched and now I can use the app for a remote but still can't cast. I contacted support..over it.

settings button doesn't bring up the settings screen on the TV so I can't set up the timer to turn off the TV at night. If there's another way it's unnecessarily complicated to find . . . response to dev- it is up to date. updating doesnt change the ui. you acknowledge the problem and then suggest a ridiculous non fix to act like you're doing something. Way to waste both our time. Should have just not responded or do somerhing. obviously youre not fixing this and just missed a major feature.

Weird

I rated it a 3 because lately the remote hasn't been functioning properly. It's still paired to my TV and my home wifi that my TV is connected to. Closing the app doesn't work, rebooting my phone doesn't work, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't work. The only thing that seems to work is unplugging my tv. That seems to do the trick to get the remote and tv to sync. It might be the tv again I've been having issues with Vizio since I switched to their smart tv. I might have to switch brands

I just downloaded this App and all it does is load tubi TV. I've closed and reopen and the same thing, I'm deleting and will download again once that tubi TV bug is fixed. 😭

Really like the app and it's very convenient but I wish the app (or the actual remote) had a separate pause button. Sometimes pushing "ok" tells an app to skip intro or go to the next episode when I would rather pause it.
