Bad Deal
I have been with Vodafone for 20 years. Our contract together has always been done in good faith. Unfortunately, I am now stuck with a very poor service which in comparison with current Sim contracts is awful. To add to my slap in the face they have increased the cost which I believe doesn't reflect the level of service I receive. Once this contract is up, I shall be looking for a different provider.

A lot of changes and review is needed. Not a helpful app.
It's extremely complicated to do upgrades. On the app, it says that I can upgrade. Then I try it and I have to login again. But I'm already logged on. Why do I need to login once more? Then I still cannot see my options for upgrade and I have to give you a call. It does not make any sense to put me through all that process without any result. Anything I want to do, I'll need to login again and again. If you put a Face ID check when one tries to use the app, and then let people do what they want to do without extra layers of security or starting the process from scratch, will be a better way of doing it. Edit: I received a “developer's response” on my comment which includes words with no help. I already pinpointed my struggles with their app. Yet they are keeping the attitude of being a no-help! If you'll respond my comment, please let somebody read it throughly and understand. Then respond. I wasn't able to do what I wanted to do before, and it's still the same.

Unusable if you have a problem
TOBi is ridiculously bad on iPhone. I could only type at less than 1 character per second. This is no way for a company that is about communicating to operate. Coupled with automated initial screening responses being useless means I am leaving Vodafone early.

Hardly any service or internet anywhere, for the last month. Now app isn't working. Received a message you are putting the prices up… for what? Charging us more and giving us less? If this issue isn't resolved I'll just stop paying you and see you in court. I am not paying for this below 3rd world service at first world prices. Ridiculous Vodafone. This isn't far off theft.

Please can you e mail me proof of purchase for I [phone] s I sent back to you as it wasn't suitable for me I ordered this in June off you and now they want to unlock this phone and I have had a stroke and unable to remember the code I put in to be able to use the I phone thank you They want to see proof of purchase the Vodafone technical team before they can unlock it please otherwise they say they will charge me £1000 I have been with Vodafone since q 1997 been a loyal customer

Always slow and problematic never easy to use connection and page loading issues. The whole interface is badly designed and confusing if you have 1 accounts for phone and 1 for PC. The app needs to be completely redesigned and the structural systems incorporated to work efficiently.

very complicated just to access the app I go into circles trying to login in, not all days I am able to access it please fix it's been like this for 5 years.
