Used to be so good
Back in the day you could get a month pass for £25 and use it as many times as you would like, now you only have 750 minutes for the whole month which cost £55. What a joke. Not even worth it anymore

The app itself works flawlessly, quickly and is clearly designed. Unfortunately, the support chat offers only limited functionality. Initially, prices (especially compared to the competition), availability, etc. were very satisfactory. Lately (even on consecutive days) I have unfortunately had problems with the scooters themselves, such as defective brakes/torn cables or a rear wheel blocking while driving, defective mobile phone holders...

I always know of an outstanding payment of less than 1 euro! I want to make the payment, and even though I have registered all my credit cards, whatever payment method I use, it always tells me error! Your system sucks!! You are untrustworthy!! You left me stranded in the middle of an essential need! I'll see to it!

Fees are billed without a ride or invoice being delivered. Support via chatbot is an absolute disaster. Will avoid this company in the future and report the payments to my payment provider

I think the best scooters I've ever used so far, I've been using them for a year and a half without any problems. The only thing that makes me put one star less is that sometimes, when I open the application, it tells me "No connection" and I can't take advantage of the service. I don't know if it's a problem with the app or my phone, but if it can be solved I'll gladly put 5 stars

This company voi are scammers. They have charged me 40 € in two hours of use, the first scooter I took was bad, the battery left me stranded in the middle of the road and I had to leave it in the parking lot to park well and then I took the second one and half an hour later it left me stranded for not walking in that area and I had to leave it in the parking lot well. The next day I was charged 4.75€+13.75€ two days passed and they charged me the same amount without taking the scooter I hope to contact you since I am not a rider or scooter.

It was impossible to identify yourself with the photo of the passport followed by a selfie... I have 92 minutes left unusable... Yet yesterday everything was working perfectly... It's also a shame that the minute count doesn't appear permanently, it would avoid overruns...
